North West Rules

Nominated schemes must be completed in the year up to the closing date (27th February 2010) and be constructed in the North West region – Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Merseyside.

Nominations can only be made by an LABC surveyor.

Other organisations are encouraged to contact their LABC Surveyor if they consider a project they have been involved with is worthy of recognition.

Sponsors cannot enter a category they are sponsoring.

Closing date for entries is midnight on 27th February 2010.

 

A panel of regional judges will evaluate all nominations.

The judging will take place week commencing 8th March.

The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

The winners and finalists of the awards may state in advertising, promotional material and on their stationery that they are a winner, but this must make it clear which category and the year in which they were successful.

You must complete the entry form on the nominations page of this site.

Provide a maximum 750-word statement that details why you believe the scheme is a winner

Included good quality photographs of the project in jpeg format

An endorsement from the LABC manager or surveyor involved with the scheme

You may include design drawings in pdf format
